DeAnna Gibbons Photoshoot

I had a photoshoot on Sunday  with the very talented Milliner DeAnna Gibbons (who I am lucky enough to intern with) and Photographer Tim Isom.

It was a lot of fun, I modeled as DeAnna loves the aesthetic of 'real' people and has often used friends of hers for photoshoots.

The pictures are for her lookbook, to be combined with others, and which will be sent off to various magazines around the US by her New York based PR company.

I love interning with DeAnna, it's such a creative space, her studio is above her beautiful timber clad San Francisco house, with a separate entrance up steep wooden stairs. It doubles as a show room with her hats and fascinators from current and past seasons, hat bodies, trims and wooden blockers displayed around over the four rooms.
