Forever 21 always reminds me of my days wandering around the union square store in San Francisco, I always used to love their jewelry as it was so reasonable.
Below is a pair of earrings my mother bought me this past weekend, which she picked out. They look so much more expensive than they were and I love the colours. Very Cartier.
